Editorial Policy

Government job information is high-stakes: an aspirant who acts on a wrong date or an outdated notification can lose an entire recruitment cycle. This page explains exactly how GovtNaukri365 sources, verifies, publishes and corrects the information on this site.

Where our information comes from

Every job, result, admit card and answer key on GovtNaukri365 originates from an official government source — recruitment-board websites (SSC, UPSC, IBPS, railway RRBs, state PSCs and police recruitment boards), department notification pages, and official gazette PDFs. We do not copy content from other job portals, and we do not publish rumours, "expected" notifications, or unverified forwards.

Every post links prominently to the official notification and the official website it came from, so readers can always confirm details at the source before applying.

How listings are checked before publishing

Our publishing pipeline monitors official sources daily. Before anything goes live, each notice passes a quality review that checks that it is a genuine, current recruitment notice; extracts and cross-checks the key facts (vacancy count, eligibility, age limits, important dates, application fee, selection stages) against the source document; and rewrites the details as an original plain-language summary. Notices that fail these checks — expired recruitments, administrative corrigenda with no new information, or documents that are not recruitment notices at all — are rejected and never published.

We deliberately publish a limited number of new posts per day rather than mirroring every document a government website uploads. Depth over volume is a policy choice: fewer, complete, verified posts serve aspirants better than an unfiltered firehose.

Study guides and exam material

Our guides — exam preparation walkthroughs, salary and career explainers, and application how-tos in English and Hindi — are original editorial content written for this site. Syllabus and exam-pattern pages are compiled from official exam notifications and are reviewed when a recruitment body announces a pattern change.

How often information is updated

Sources are re-checked several times a day, and updates (result declarations, admit-card releases, date extensions) are reflected on the site automatically. Expired recruitments are removed from listings so readers do not act on dead deadlines. Each post shows when it was last updated.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Corrections to factual errors (dates, vacancy counts, eligibility) are applied directly to the affected post as soon as they are identified. If you spot an error, please report it via our contact page — reports are reviewed and acted on, usually within 48 hours.

Independence and advertising

GovtNaukri365 is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department or recruitment body. We never charge aspirants for information, application assistance, or "guaranteed selection" — anyone claiming to do so in our name is fraudulent. The site is supported by clearly-identified advertising, which has no influence on what we publish or how we describe any recruitment.
