Overview
The NDA exam, conducted by UPSC twice a year, is the officer-entry route to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy.
Eligibility
Unmarried candidates with a 12th pass (Physics and Maths are mandatory for the Air Force and Navy wings), aged roughly 16.5–19.5 years.
Exam Pattern
A written exam (Mathematics and a General Ability Test, with negative marking) followed by the five-day SSB Interview, a medical and document verification.
