RPSC Sub Inspector Combined Competitive Exam 2025 – Physical Efficiency Test Qualified Candidates (Result)

Published 19 Jun 2026 · Updated 5 Aug 2026

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has published the result of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the Sub Inspector / Platoon Commander recruitment under the Combined Competitive Exam 2025. This exam is conducted by RPSC to fill posts in Group 1 (Home Department) for both reserved (Scheduled Caste/Tribe) and unreserved categories. The written examination comprising two objective-type question papers was held on 5–6 April 2026.

The published result lists all candidates who scored the minimum qualifying marks in the written exam and have been provisionally declared successful for the Physical Efficiency Test. A total of 979 candidates have qualified across both category lists: 343 from the reserved category and 636 from the unreserved category. Each candidate is identified by their roll number in the official PDF notice.

Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the published lists are now eligible to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test at a date and venue to be announced separately by RPSC. This test assesses the physical fitness and capability of candidates to perform the duties of a Sub Inspector / Platoon Commander. Candidates must carry their admit card and valid identification documents to the PET center.

Candidates not appearing in either list have not met the minimum qualifying cutoff in the written exam and are not eligible for further stages. They may apply in future recruitment notifications if they remain within the age limit and meet all other eligibility criteria as per the official notification.

The notice lists the roll numbers of candidates who scored the minimum qualifying marks and are provisionally selected to take the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), the next stage of recruitment.

How do I check if my roll number is in the qualified list?

Download the official PDF result from rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, then use your browser's Find function (Ctrl+F on Windows or Cmd+F on Mac) to search for your roll number. The lists are organized by category: reserved and unreserved. If you find your number, you have qualified; if not, you have not met the written exam cutoff.

What is the Physical Efficiency Test and when will it be held?

The PET is a physical fitness test conducted by RPSC to assess whether candidates can perform the duties of a Sub Inspector / Platoon Commander. The test evaluates stamina, strength, and agility. The date, time, and venue for the PET will be announced separately by RPSC in a future notification; qualified candidates should monitor the RPSC website regularly.

What documents do I need for the Physical Efficiency Test?

You must carry your admit card and a valid government-issued identification document (such as Aadhar, passport, or driving license) to the PET center. RPSC will provide detailed instructions regarding additional documents in the PET notification.

What if my roll number is not in the result?

If your roll number does not appear in either the reserved or unreserved category list, you did not score the minimum required marks in the written examination and are not eligible for the Physical Efficiency Test or further stages. You may apply in future RPSC recruitment notifications if you meet the eligibility criteria.

How many candidates have qualified for the Physical Efficiency Test?

A total of 979 candidates have qualified: 343 from the reserved (SC/ST) category and 636 from the unreserved category. All are now eligible to appear for the PET as per RPSC's schedule.

Can I get a scorecard or detailed marks after the PET?

RPSC typically publishes detailed marks and result information after each stage of the examination. You should check the official website once the PET result is announced. If you clear the PET, subsequent stages such as document verification or interview may follow, with their own result notices.

What are the next steps after clearing the Physical Efficiency Test?

After the PET is conducted, RPSC will announce the PET result. Candidates who clear the PET will typically proceed to document verification, interview, or other assessment stages as specified by RPSC. Each stage will have its own notification with dates and instructions. Keep checking the RPSC website for updates.
